Indications for Brachial plexus MRI scan

  1. Injury to the brachial plexus is associated with weakness and paresthesias of the upper extremityon the affected side
  2. Pre-operative evaluation, of pathology, usually a tumour, in the region of the brachial
    plexus
  3. Pain, neural deficit or muscular atrophy possibly due to brachial plexus pathology
  4. Neuroma or suspected tumor
  5. Brachial plexopathy
  6. Peripheral neuropathy
  7. Neck injury
  8. Pre-operative evaluation, of pathology, usually a tumour, in the region of the brachial plexus
  9. Pain, neural deficit or muscular atrophy possibly due to brachial plexus pathology
  10. Neuroma or suspected tumor
  11. Brachial plexopathy
  12. Peripheral neuropathy
  13. Neck injury
